For about a week now I have been experiencing minor pain in the top left part of my head. The pain is more annoying than anything and it goes away whenever I chew gum. I was wondering if the pain may be jaw related or if just the chewing motion relieves the tension on my head. The pain is more severe when I wake up and comes in and out during the day. Any information will be helpful. Thanks in advance for any help.

Sounds like nerve related. Call your dentist and see if he thinks its a medical or dental thing. The reason why I said to call your dentist, is you get relief while chewing gum and be sure to tell him that. It is believed that many dental problems can cause many illnesses and diseases. I personally think, I don't care wher it coms from as long as it is fixed hehe

For headache relief I drink Vita Coco because it has more electrolytes than Gatorade and replenishes you better than water. I always carry a tetra pack with me so I don't get dehydrated!
