I have been suffering from terrible daily migraines that caused me to drop out of college last year and quit my job. I am easing my way back to working part time this summer but it is quite a challenge for me and it is not enough to pay the bills. Now, due to my condition I have at least one more additional year of school than planned. I will probably only be able to manage going to school part time, therefore it will take me longer to complete, which means a longer period of time I need to pay for living expenses in my college town as well. Is there any sort of grant or scholarship to help someone going through this pay for school?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated with the school year quickly approaching! thank you!

Sorry, I do not know of anything like that. I am new to this type of communications and my illness, but I see you mentioned easing your way back to college. Your migraines have been that dibilating? I am looking to discuss with others about this intense horrible pain. I've had 3 attacks and co-workers and friends look at me like if I am exaggerating. Do you know of an on-line support group for facial pain and migraines? Good luck on your search.
