Whenever I eat oily food e.g. in parties, hotels etc., next day I have severe migraine accompanied by nausea and vomiting. At times, oil layer is seen in my commode after excrement. Stool is heavy, dark and stinks differently. It is not that I eat too much. Little bit of oily food, one Paratha or too table spoon of oily vegetable is more than enough to spoil my whole day. However ghee, milk products don't cause any harm. Antacids or proton (acid) inhibitor don't help much.

This condition has made my life miserable. I now eat only boiled food at home but whenever I am invited at somebody‚Äôs place or during travelling etc I am doomed.

For last one year I have developed persistent Mouth ulcers which has made my mouth black from inside and tongue is also perforated and sensitive.

My blood and urine reports are normal. Iam a 46 year old male.

I want to know whether it is hypo or hyper acidity or more serious condition like colon cancer.

I will be very thankful if I am advised on this
