I suffer almost daily from neck pain ( tightness , knots , muscle pain ) . It also goes into my shoulders . Leaving me with almost daily migraines . This has been going on for 8 years . I do feel depressed ! The doctors can't find a thing wrong with me. I even feel some of my family dont believe me because nothing is found to be wrong . I have no numbness .. I even go to pain Management to get many painful shots in the neck and head . The shots doesn't help either. If anyone is like me or can help , Please write me............ I must say praying keeps me going !!

I had migraines like that, mine was from my neck being out of alignment. Try seeing a chiropractor.

Aparently it isnt the right chiropractor... The correct one will do full body xrays of your spinal cord, prescribe this awesome comfortable pillow because your neck needs more support, give you a medical massage person, and work on properly aligning your entire body.

Tightness, knots, muscle pain... what is happening is you are pulling one of my issues.

Ok the muscles are inflamed and pressing against your nerves, which sends out the signal of pain and hurts. You state it goes into your shoulders, which is the nerves. It will hurt like beyond belief, but you need medical massage. Over a few months you will start to feel relief. I personally got my adjustment, then did medical massage, after that I did the muscle stem machine (which feels like being vibrated on your neck and back like a nice gentle massage).

You can also have a curved spine, which can cause some problems too, I have slight curves and I get problems.

Perhaps try a full chiropractor clinic that is also a MD besides the chiropractor. Thats where I go, because they are focused on healing the issue, not treating symptoms. Aka, get the problem fixed, no more pain.

A chiropractor didn't work for me at all. It made me hurt worse. The muscle stem machine made me worse also. I tried acupuncture, witch i can hardly believe because I am terrified of needles. It was working until one day I came in and told him I couldn't do it anymore because I guess reality set in that he was poking needles into my back, neck, and head.It was very strange. Massage helped until my therapist died of cancer cry I know she is in heaven though, I just can't bring myself to that anymore. You should find a way to destress yourself, that is probably what causes it. Thats what my pain is from anyway. You could try doing yoga.I just prayed for you.

Have you had an MRI done on your neck? Many structural issues don't show up on X-rays. I have neck problems that cause migraines that several chiropractors never even noticed in their diagnostics. In fact, I learned it was dangerous to have my neck adjusted. One wrong move and i could have been paralyzed. I found out there is a surgery that could probably help me but, since it is done by a private clinic and doesn't bill my insurance, I can't afford it. Wishing you luck on getting the help you need. :-)

If you, or any other readers, have time, would you be so kind as to complete my brief migraine survery? http://migrainesurvey.blogspot.com. Thanks and blessings to all!

That is great information. Maybe the chiropractor really was hurting me, thanks.

I can totally relate to where you're coming from. I've suffered from severe Migrane headaches for well over 10 years. I had been to 6 different Neurologists and each one of them had given me different prevention pills to try and keep the headaches away but nothing worked and I was tired of putting all that medication in my body. Well, one day at work I was talking to a co-worker who had suffered for a long time from Migranes as well and had come across this all natural juice called. She had tried it, and after just a few short months was completely headache free. I was pretty hesitant at first myself, but at this point, I had sufferered for so long, that I figured I had nothing to lose. This juice comes from a desert cactus in Arizona and Mexico. Basically, what you do is start with a loading dose for 1 month which is 3 to 6 ounces a day just to get the toxins out of your body. I started to feel a lot better after just a few days and after a month on the juice, I felt like a totally new person! It has many more great health benefits too! It also helps with inflamation, reduces swelling in joints and muscles, helps with allergies, reduces stress, gives you more energy, and more. And the best part, you have a 60 day money back guarantee. If you don't like it, or you don't get results, you get your money back, no questions asked, it's that simple! I was impressed with the company so much, that I decided to become an affiliate and start selling it and telling people about it myself.
