New to forums, im 43 male,  normal family man .  Approx 2 years go i started feeling ill/sick in evenings.  Never experianced anything before like it.  Eventually one day after lunch i wasnt feeling good and got really sick.  Symtons were off balance,  Ears ringing,  sounds more in left ear, and complete sickness that i had to lay down and was total sweat.   Most of sick was coming via head.  When i tried to walk i would vomit.   This lasted approx. 6 hours.   Ever since that episode attack it has stuck with me.  i rarely go week, 2 or 3 days without it bothering me.  Not to effect i am bed ridden.  however effects me with ringing ears and sick feeling in head. Like it was shook. . When it gets really bad i get unsteady and cannot walk and need lay down.  I call that a attack/episode.  I seem to average 1 serouis attack ever 2 months where i need go home from work and sit in cab and stay straight forward in complete sweat.  once i lay down for few hours i am generally okay after, but beating up seems.    The doctors say i get silent migranes that may of been passed down via family chain.  Regardless i have tried to learn to live with it, i just never know when the episode / attack will be so bad i need lay down.  I could wake up in middle nite and feel it so bad i need stay in bed until noon.   I have also tried tynanol / Adviv all OTC medicines to prevent it when i feel it , but nothin works.   Anyways. any comments / suggestions are great.   I aslo feel tingling / or weird feelings mostly in leg's when it comes on bad and i need to sigh alot as it beats me up from inside.    thanks
