I am new to this OR ANY type of online chat or forum, but unfortunately VERY familiar with migraines from age 11 ( now 50)
I too have tried most meds for relief and exhausted them over the years, and now gone through just about all the preventive meds. I was just starting to go back a re-try different combos of prophylactic meds when I saw BOTOX was FDA approved- am interested but looking to see if anyone has had experience already - OFF Label as they say ... good or bad.

Me... 50 yr female, still menstruating... typical prementrual and Classic Migraines, but increasing in freq, and severity since age 40.
Have about 14 - 20 Migraine days per month i.e. very few 'good' days. Husband, children, boss, co-workers, all getting pretty tired of putting up with me in this state. and of course ME....this is getting pretty tough to put up with!!!

Looking for what you all are.... advice, sympathy, HOPE!!
