As in my previous post I still feel unwell 2 weeks after a bad migraine. I get tingling in the hands every morning and pangs of anxiety intermittently throughout the day. I keep worrying that I may be close to a stroke or something. I was very stressed before my migraine and I am positive that this caused it, however I did not have tingling in the hands previously but still have this sensation post migraine. How long do migraines affect any of you? Please help.

Tingling in hands may mean you are overdosing on a particular medicine. I have had this happen periodically. You should tell your doctor. Good luck

After a bad migraine I feel unwell for about a week depending how bad it was and also the time of year. Winter and Spring are the worst.

I have Raynaud's as well. So when I get a very bad migraine I most always get a Raynaud's attack which will include tingling sensation in my hands. I will get the migraine, then get very very cold, losing circulation to all my extremities. This is how I get the tingling in my hands. It takes me 4-5 hours to warm up. When it is this kind of situation, I am usually not my perky self for a good 2 weeks. I am tired and sluggish and my head sort of is tired from it all, maybe a bit achey.
