I am 50 and suffer from High Blood pressure but am not on any medication currently.  I have never generally suffered from headaches and even when I have, they have been general and all over.  about three months ago I started suffering from intermittent localised headaches always on the same spot at the Left Rear lobe of my head.  Pain is throbbing, I can trigger it on occasion by breathing deeply.  These headaches seem to be becomming more frequent and slightly more intense.  Any suggestions please?

Whenever you have a new symptom or new type of headache it's important to checked out by a doctor; you will probably start with your FP, but do not ignore the headache. It may be from your blood pressure, but it may not; the head pain that I get in that area are from the occipital region; you may try a chiropractor to see if that gives you relief. I'm not a health professional, but I strongly suggest you make an appointment to be checked.

Good luck,
