I promised myself if I ever found relief from migraines I would try to help others. So here I am. About a year ago I stumbled onto neurofeedback and I hardly get headaches anymore. I was around 2/week prior to that and more when I was younger, this for several decades. You can get info on it at eeginfo.com. It doesn't use drugs so no side effects and it appears to be permanent. You go for several sessions and it is expensive (around $100 per visit) up front but between meds, docs, and missed work (not to mention car wrecks and divorces) the costs even out pretty quickly. Sometimes it's covered, but not always.
Nothing helps everyone but I hope that this is useful to some of you. My best wishes to all.
