Whenever I consume soy I get a horrible headache that can last for days. This was never a problem 3 years ago, it's just slowly getting worse.

What are my options? Any supplements i can take to block this reaction? Do I have to consider drugs, if so which ones?

any help appreciated.

Your option is don't consume soy... its a "trigger."

Supplements? I can't disclose, despite my medical training.
Drugs? I am not your doctor, and it varies on which ones are used as each patient is different.

Sounds easiest to avoid soy or make an appointment with your PCP (doctor)

There is a lot of MSG in soy. There is MSG in almost everything so be careful about this. They spray it on meats and on salad bars. Everyone has a different tolerance level. Experiment with diet and do a search on MSG on the Internet (it goes under 43 hidden names).
