I've suffered from migraine headaches since the age of 14. I'm now 21 and have tried all methods and medications available for ridding myself of this chronic pain.
recently (about a month ago) my headaches started getting terrible so I resorted to a book my dad gave me a long time ago. Its a book of taoist internal exercises.
to put it simply, these exercises work. I simply perform controlled breathing exercises combined with a head massage routine (which takes about a minute at most to perform) whenever i feel I'm getting a migraine and BOOM, its gone within minutes.
on top of this prescribed head massage technique there are several other simple exercises which can be performed to keep the body in excellent shape. I've been doing these exercises every morning (and at night when i have the time) and so far my headaches have been kept entirely at bay, leaving me free to live my life to the fullest
I urge everyone suffering from migraines PLEASE!!!! try these exercises. But do not simply perform them, believe in them. For the mind is far more powerful than we give it credit for. The power of belief can change your life, as it has changed mine.
