Besides that, pressure point therapy (deep massage at the pressure points of migraines); I've heard that slices of apples and oranges on the face helps (but I've never tried).
The most helpful is a diary. Write all you eat, drink, activity you do. Include times. Also write when you have your migraine, time it started. Compare migraine to time you ate/drank/did something and eliminate one thing for a few weeks to see if it is the "Trigger" (what causes the migraine) then re add it for a few days then remove something else.
For example, some of my triggers, not enough sleep, stress, caffine (that sux lol), bananas, chocolate
