Hello All,

I have had pressure behind my eyes for a while now, and that will usually be accompanied by grey lines in my vision. I have also been having random episodes of double vision, even in relaxing moments (at the dinner table, for example). Those episodes of double vision last no more than 5 minutes. This pressure behind the eyes is usually accompanied by a headache and sick feeling so I just want to lay down or sit down, and I don't have much of an appetite when I feel that way.

Because of my work, I use a computer a lot (checking emails frequently and searching for information online). I also like to read. Does this have something to do with it?

While it is most likely a migraine issue, you can never be too sure.

I haven't gone to the doctor for this yet.

While I know that the best thing to do would be to head to the doctor's office just to get it checked, I would appreciate any input.

Do you have a history of migraines? It could be opthalmic migraine, a more rare migraine variant (opthamoplegic migraine) or something else entirely.

I would highly recommend consulting a neurologist (and probably an opthamologist as well). Better to be safe than sorry.

Best of Luck!
