I wanted to share that some migraines are preventable. To cut a long story short, my migraines, which were debilitating and continuous for 9 months ended up to be because I was drinking from a plastic bottle (recycling no.7) which was leaching BPA’s into the water. I was basically being poisoned. Once I stopped using the bottle the headaches vanished. So, if you use water bottles be careful and do some research and if you have migraines, change to glass or stainless steal. I can’t believe that something so simple was damaging me so much. Hopefully someone will find this useful.

Sorry i know this is older... but i happened to randomly think of this last night (when trying desprately to think of answers)... havent drank from my gatorade bottle which i had been reusing for a good couple months... and so far today... *touch wood*....

but its hard to tell weather its that, or the chiropractic treatment i recieved yesterday. either way, ill stick with my steel bottle now. just in case. migraines every night is too debilitating on top of CFS.

it was so confusing because i thought to myself "im using these pills and drinking so much more water, i should feel better"... well i possibly was drinking more and more toxic water... i just dont know how to tell for sure. mine is recycling number 1 (in canada, not sure that matters)
