I've been taking a feverfew/B2 supplement for about 4-5 days now. I've been feeling some mild nausea for several days, I'm going to assume this is from the supplement, probably the feverfew.

I'm wondering if anyone has experienced this with feverfew, and if it goes away after a couple of weeks, after your body adapts. It's mild enough that I can deal for a couple weeks, but annoying enough that I can't put up with it forever.

Please share any experiences. I'm also taking CoQ10, but I started that about a week before and didn't notice any problems, so I'm assuming that's not it. Thanks!

I have taken Feverfew 380 cap Mg daily for a few years with no stomach upset. I also take Vit B2 at the same time and CoQ1O with no problems. I take them with or without food. If I was you, I would take it with food.

I have been taking 400mg feverfew, and 300mg CoQ10 for about 3 months now...I can't say that I've noticed those side effects, I'm sorry! I also take 600mg magnesium (in split doses). I can say that I've noticed about a 40-50% reduction in the number of headache days & days that I've had to use triptan meds though. I was getting kind of desperate for a while there.
Anyhow, I waiting to post on here about it until I collected a few months of results. apparently it takes 3 months to reach full effectiveness. After the third full month I'll post again!
Good luck with the feverfew...just fyi 400mg/day is the recommended dose based on the research, split into 2 x 200mg doses. That may help?
