I have had a headache everyday for about 6 months on the front right side of my head. The pain has recently been getting worse and now it also felt in the back right side of my head. My right ear gets red and hot sometimes and I also recently found a small "lump" on the bottom of my right ear just behind it. The headaches are everyday non-stop and sometimes get very severe and cause nausea and dizziness. I have had a MRI and CT scan a few months ago and they were normal..but the pain will not go away!! I am lost and I just want my life back!! Any help please?!?! mad

I am so sorry for your pain and I understand how frustrating it is to deal with daily pain. Besides ordering the MRI and the CT scan what else has your doc done? Does he/she think it is migraines, tension headaches? What are you taking to try and abort the pain? Have you tried any preventative meds?

What can you do to help lessen the pain? I know for me it is massage, heat or ice (depending on my mood!) that can help me cope. Please go and talk to your doc about how you are feeling both physically and emotionally. I also have a small lump behind my right ear.........I always thought it was a lymph node but please go check it out. Please stay in touch and let us know how you are doing.

It’s really frustrating to have headache everyday. I too experienced headache that really bothered me from time to time especially when I am in stress and very tired. I am really frustrated when pain strikes me because I can’t do anything but to take a rest. I had seen several practitioners about this pain but found no relief and they also said that this is normal, it’s juts because of a stress. I even tried doing several healing technique but it was too difficult for me to do it alone for myself. Until I’ve met a friend and introduced me into the Yuen method to resolve my pain. In just a matter of a short session my pain starts to dissipate. By being open to the possibility of the benefits the energy healing can bring, you can really achieve a well-being.
