I'm not really sure what's wrong with me. I've been looking around for the past few days and it might be TTH, although some things don't fit. Trigeminal Neuralgia or Cluster Headaches seemed possible, but the pain hasn't been bad.
So this headache has been come and go for almost a month now, occurring probably over seventy-percent of the time. Whenever I get it, it usually goes on throughout the entire day. It gets more serious at night and feels like a pulsing, underlying heavy pain in my left temple, leading down the my teeth. Right above my top left tooh and my cheek is where a lot of the pain is, and it shifts from my temple and eye to that area. The pain is completely bilateral as well. There is also a slightly noticeable numbing on the left side of my face, where the pain is occurring.
Pressing on the affected areas of my face does seem to help a bit, but a lot of the medication my mom has given me has had no effect. The pain is enough to make me stop studying and just curl up on the floor, pressing my yearbook to my face to ease the pain.
I'm not sure if this is a factor, but I believe that I'm quite depressed. School, life and overall philosophy such as skepticism has led me to cut myself several times this year. I also don't get a lot of sleep, but lately, I've been sleeping more and more in order to try to relieve the pain, but it hasn't done anything thus far.
I was hoping some of you out there could give some sound diagnostics, as my mother just won't take me to a doctor. That's not essentially the topic of discussion though, I don't want this to get off track.
