Hello. I've never been one to get migraines on a regular basis. Actually hardly every got them and they weren't that bad. But I've had three in the past 6 months or so. I had a severe one hit me early in the afternoon two days ago. This was the worst one I've ever had and the first time I have ever vomited. I was suprised that I felt better afterward... the pain wasn't as intense.
But my question is this. Ever since then, I've had pain in my jaw and on the left side of my face. Yesterday I was shakey and jittery all day, today I still feel week and a little jittery and I feel a little ache in my left temple along with the jaw pain. What do you all who have experience with migraines know about this? I am not sure why I've started getting them now all of a sudden.

Migraine symptoms do change over time and certainly the symptoms you mention can be migraine-related but anytime you have new symptoms appear it is best to go and get them checked out. Migraine is a rule-out diagnosis and it is very important to make sure something else isn't going on..............good luck and keep us posted.
