Mindfulness training has been shown to provide some benefit for some people with chronic pain.
I have a research opportunity for people with chronic pain who are interested in learning about mindfulness. It is a CONFIDENTIAL ONLINE study that I am doing for my doctoral dissertation. My goal is to learn about how people respond to mindfulness training so that it can be used to help a wide population of people with chronic pain. I suffer from pain as well and I have experienced benefits from mindfulness training.
My study takes ~35 minutes to complete, and if you participate, you will be eligible to win a $50 TARGET giftcard.
I would appreciate your help and participation, and my biggest hope is that you can learn something about mindfulness and receive some benefits from it as well.
Please visit www.painpoll.com to learn more about the study and participate. My contact information is on the website as well, so please contact me with questions and/or concerns.
Thank you  and please be well!

Hi and thanks for reading this today. I have made some important changes to my study. I still need about 30 people to participate, so I'm hoping I can find some help here. I 've made it so more people can participate and so that everyone who does the survey will receive a $10 gift card.
Please visit www.painpoll.com.

My hope is that you can learn about mindfulness, and perhaps integrate mindfulness practices into your pain management routine.

Many thanks, and please take good care !!!
