smurf  I have had this particular migraine for 3 days now it is effecting my ability to see so working is a challange.  I work at a hospital as the main telephone operator.  I have taken the migronal and loratab with phenergan.  No relief.  Any suggestions?  My doctor would give me a shot of toradol but I can't get into see him because of my work schedule.

Can you go to an urgent care to ge the shot of toradol? It would be a lot cheaper than an ER visit. Also when you do see your doc talk them about prescribing you injectable toradol for these situations and teaching you how to use it yourself.

Thank you so much. I did not know they could give me toradol injectable. All he will give me is Migronal loratab(5) and reglan for nausea.

Sounds like a rebound migraine. I am diabetic, my ratio of when I went to ER was a tad different. I either when to ER when migraine on 1-10 scale (10 worse) was 6 or higher or when my blood sugar would hit 80. I dont eat or drink during migraines, hence why I keep an close ye on my bloodsugars.
