Hi I'm new here. I am 20 years old and have been having migraines for 10 years. Yes I really was 10 when I got my first migraine. I have been getting them almost daily since. The only trigger I can see is stress. I'm not very good at relaxing. I normally try to just power through it but it's getting harder and harder to do that. recently I have been having trouble getting to sleep and staying asleep with them. So I am tired all the time which is not good cause I need to study. I don't know anyone else with migraines and most people don't believe me when I tell them. They think it's an excuse to get out of something. I've talked to a few doctors who all have different opinions from its all in my head to muscle tension in the back of my neck is pinching on a nerve. I just can not deal with this anymore. Is there anything that anyone would suggest that can help me. Oh by the way I also have dyselxia so I am sorry if there are any spelling or grammer errors I missed.
