Certainly intense pain can make a person pass out. Also, I have basilar migraines and one of my aura symptoms is lowered level of consciousness or unconsciousness.

If I stand too long when I have a migraine I get very dizzy and feel like I'm going to faint. Today is one of those days! Terrible migraine thanks to weather changes. Feel really out of it today...dizzy and just in a fog.

Evertime when I get a badd headache in the lower back of my head I get this pressure as if imma pass out but I never do.

Hi Babygabe,

I would strongly urge you to see a Neurolosgist who is a Headache Specialist it is important that you get the correct diagnosis.

I went to a neurologist for the first time last month and he gave me an exam and everything came out good, so he told me that I should go see a chiropractor and so far it been working good. Thank you god.
