Bacterial's spinal meningitis.

I need information regarding Fort Ord from 1964 when I contracted the deadly disease of spinal meningitis while in the Army just after basic training, ( Nov 6 ).  I was the 100th case of spinal meningitis in 1964.  Of the 108 cases, 15 died before I was stricken with the deadly illness. I need information pertaining to the 108 soldiers stricken with meningitis while in the Army at Fort Ord in 1964. Did any of the 108 received a medical discharge due to meningitis ?
I need to know what follow-up was given after they left the hospital.

Any ideas where I can find this information  ?
