I would recommend starting a log of which foods trigger your headache and dizziness and then avoiding them. I have had great success with chiropractic care for headache and migraine. So that is another option. Unfortunately, having a migraine for days at a time on a regular basis does happen to some people. Be wary of starting any medications. I found that migraine meds only made me fell worse. I now see a chiropractor/cranio-sacral massage therapist, am medication-free, take herbs and supplements, eat healthy and organic foods while staying away from known headache triggers. This combination of things is allowing my body to heal itself, restoring the imbalances that caused the pain in the first place. I hope this helps...
