Hi My Name is Lexipoo, as everyone here in the hernia forum know me as.
My real name is Alexis I am a 28 yr old female who has migraines since the age of 18. I am not sure if anyone in here could tell me if this is normal I have been having migraine headaches alot lately I have just had a Nissen Fundoplication 360 done for my hernia I had for 4 yrs sugrey done jan 11th 2012. Everytime I eat certain things I get really dizzy and this headche won't go away every morning I wake up it's still there from the night before and really dizzy all the time and sometimes and feel like I wanna fall over cause I get the headspins from te dizziness. There are times when i get these migraines for days at a time I don't really think this is normal? If anyone in here could give me a few tips that would be great cause I am kinda scared I don't know what to think anymore. Thanks Alexis :-)

I would recommend starting a log of which foods trigger your headache and dizziness and then avoiding them. I have had great success with chiropractic care for headache and migraine. So that is another option. Unfortunately, having a migraine for days at a time on a regular basis does happen to some people. Be wary of starting any medications. I found that migraine meds only made me fell worse. I now see a chiropractor/cranio-sacral massage therapist, am medication-free, take herbs and supplements, eat healthy and organic foods while staying away from known headache triggers. This combination of things is allowing my body to heal itself, restoring the imbalances that caused the pain in the first place. I hope this helps...
