CURE!? for migraines without medication or supplements?! HOW?!

first post on here!!

howdy
im in urgent help here because i don't know how to fix these migraines I've had them for the past two weeks and last night i couldn't believe how much pain i was in! its ridiculous. my doctor has diagnosed me with cluster migraines but my mum wouldn't put me medication because of the symptoms on the back of the box... nor supplements for it.

so how do you guys fix them without medicine? because i need help now and even now i can feel a big migraine coming up and i haven't been getting any sleep!

any advice will do thanks:)

My whole life I suffered from headaches with the pain always starting in my eyes. Eventually I would get dizzy and vomit. I always needed a lot of sleep and would literally shut down at night when I reached my bewitching hour. I always felt a little foggy headed and as time went on I developed arthritis all over and Asthma. At one point I was misdiagnosed with fibromyalgia.

I finally hit bottom when my shortness of breath, Asthma, wasnt being helped by the prednisone, my migraines were several times a week and I had bursitis in my hip along with other aches and pains. My Drs. were no help, and I felt like I was gonna die.

I was lucky enough to know that I was allergic to aspirin. Aspirin is a Salicylate, it comes from the bark of the Willow tree. All plants produce salicylates as natural insecticides.

So I looked up "Foods containing Salicylates". I couldnt believe that it was in all fruits except bananas, peeled pears, and papaya. Its in most vegetables except string beans, peas, lettuce, cabbage, brussel sprouts and celery. Salicylates are real HIGH in Tomatos sauce, broccoli, cucumbers, coffee, tea, Olive oil, oregano, pepprika, hot sauce, vinegar, and many other things that come from plants.

I immediately gave up foods in the Moderate to Very High Column and 2 days later I was all better. My migraines were gone, my Arthritis is gone and my breathing improved 100%.
Most people with migraines are Salicylate Intolerant. More information about this food intolerance, the symptoms ,the Foods to eat and avoid and some recipes can be found in a book called,

You are not a hypchondriac, you are not crazy, and you are not alone. There are so many people with Salicylate Intolerance with the exact same symptoms as you. The chronic fatigue symptom is very typical, most kids with ADHD have it and 80% of Autistic kids have it too. For me it's tyramine...My natural remedy is to, if I notice I'm constipated, I start taking a LOT of magnesium to help flush it out of my system or relax the muscles...not sure which it is doing but it works. I can shorten a 3 day migraine to one day...

However I also notice my migraines can be associated with low blood sugar. I get heat headaches and heat affects blood sugar. Although I read if you quit eating what you are allergic to, you are not as sensitive to blood sugar swings.

There's a book on Amazon called Heal Your Headache and it explains food allergies and migraines and explains how going on an elimination diet can help you to figure out which foods you are allergic to. I found out I was allergic to tuna fish which has soy broth. I'm allergic to the soy.

write a list of evertyhng you eat and drink as well as when a migraine happens and look for common factors

IE:
Breaky
Coffee
Toast
Apple

Breaky next day
Coffee
oatmeal
orange

Coffee shows up daily
do list for a few weeks
omit coffee or whatever is the common for a week and see if it gets better
re add coffee to see what happens
and keep doing that
when migraines get better, its called a trigger to whatever you omitted
only omit one thing at a time
