Just a though i've been having.

Since i've been trying to find triggers for my migraines and thinking about my migraines more and more, i seem to be getting more.

So, do you think thinking about them can actually cause them?

Not for me. I always notice the pain before I think about the migraine. I also always get them when my hormone levels change due to that time of the month. Mine are like clockwork for the most part. Every now and then I will get one out of the blue.
