TRPK, if the headaches are due to all the time you're spending on the computer, please see an eye doctor. If you wear glasses, ask about
lenses specially for computer use. My son works with computers and has specialized lenses for computer use.
Some adjustments should also be made about the computer use: for example, take frequent breaks and do not spend hours at a time at the computer, make sure there's enough light in the room (Don't sit in a darkened room using the computer.), sit farther back from the screen.
If you are using the computer for just enjoyment and social activities, you might consider weaning yourself away and spending more time doing other acitivites, maybe going outside and getting some exercise, fresh air.
Tell you parents about these problems and see how you can come up with solutions. Good luck!
