TRPK, if the headaches are due to all the time you're spending on the computer, please see an eye doctor.  If you wear glasses, ask about lenses specially for computer use.  My son works with computers and has specialized lenses for computer use.

Some adjustments should also be made about the computer use:  for example, take frequent breaks and do not spend hours at a time at the computer, make sure there's enough light in the room (Don't sit in a darkened room using the computer.), sit farther back from the screen.

If you are using the computer for just enjoyment and social activities, you might consider weaning yourself away and spending more time doing other acitivites, maybe going outside and getting some exercise, fresh air.

Tell you parents about these problems and see how you can come up with solutions.  Good luck!

TRPK,

There's a neat little application out there that you can download for free called EyeLeo. It pops up regularly reminding you to take short breaks and do things like rolling your eyes, looking side to side, focusing on a distant object, etc. It also reminds you to get up and take a total break each hour.

In the interest of not promoting a product I won't link to it here but you can just search for it and download it for free.

I hope you're feeling better and seeing a doctor!
