Headache on sides of head when I bend forwards, but not backwards - a symptom of TMJ? Nerve? Muscle?

When I bend forwards I get this full headedness feeling and pressure headache spots in my head. I had MRIs and CT scans of the sinuses. All normal. Other symptoms are ears ringing, dizziness and nausea.

8 weeks of this I think I am crazy. It all started after a serious episode of stress.

Then I thought it could be TMJ as one doc thought, as I have a badly clicking jaw and maybe the stress just sparked it off. But that didn't explain the fullness in the sinuses when I bend over.

Today, I just bent myself back backwards and realised I don't get these feelings even though I still have blood rushing to my face. Which makes me think its something to do with the nerves and muscle of my neck and spine being irritated when I bend forwards somehow. I do have nasty tight muscles and a history of this. Also a slight curve of the spine.

I've tried massages and 2 chiro sessions but yet find no relief. Should I keep trying? What can I do? I'm sick of poppin ibuprofen.
