I know how hard it became for me when I was sick. I forgot how to work my stove and getting to the store to go shopping was a night mare sometimes!

Two of my favorite things are.....Birds eye veggies in the micro safe baggy. Just put in micro wave and press 4 and then...wait. Still let them sit for two more minutes...or you will burn yourself. Low calorie and easy on the stomach and presto!
Add a touch of butter and crazy salt and your good!
For breakfast and other times I am in love with the smoothie's called Naked. Mighty mango and Berry Veggy are my favorite. And if you want to be fancy....lol.....pour half of each into a glass. And presto. You have the most glorious and nutritious meal. If you need more protein and don't feel like cooking them try the ones that have protein in them as well. And mix and find one that is your favorite.
The good thing about these is the huge amount of nutrition you get.Which is listed on each bottle. And they have no added sugar, no preservatives, non GMO, gluten free, and vegan.
Okay I had to read that stuff off of the bottle.....
My daughter loves the carrot one with oranges. There is a coconut one that has protein that is great too.
It is a whole meal with the calories. The really deep colored ones have lots of antioxidants.
I know how hard it is to eat well when you feel like poop. Hope these help...:)
