Hi, I'm 26 years old and for almost two months i've been suffering from this headache, with sometimes diziness and a feeling that I want to vomit. The pain is almost in all parts of the head but mostly in the right side and sometimes I've experience a pain that gone instantly (2 to 5 sec) in any part of my head. My headache usually worsen but not all the time going from afternoon to evening. ive done something to help myself fight this headache such as eat properly, drinking a lot of water, exercise and seeing a neurologist. I noticed that if i've exercise i felt better but after a minute it goes back. Sometimes I felt a little pain in my ear, sometimes in my eyes or above. Also, my neurologist gave me some test such as seeing my eye thru the equipment, balance test, heartbeat, etc. all she can say nothing wrong and I cant see any sign of tumor.

Add't I've experience some vertigo in some point of my life and also having one before i got the headache. is this related to my headache?

I never had an experience a black out, seizure and any other worse experience related to my headache.

Can anybody help me cause i'm afraid of this feeling.

Can you describe your pain? AFAIK, the difference between tension headache and migraine is the type and location of pain. Migraine is throbbing, all over or certain part of the head. I don't remember tension headache, I don't have it so I don't concentrate on it much.

Throwing up is usually associated with migraine. Does Aspirin, Alleve or Advil help to abort the headache?
Diagnosed March 2007 with left sided UC at the age of 30.
Currently on,
Colazal 9 daily, Imuran, 200mg daily, Vit. B12, 1mg, Multivitamin, 1 tablet daily, Fish oil 2400mg daily, Vit D 2000 IU daily.

Verapamil 320mg for migraine, Migraine episode now at least 4X a month,
Nabumetone 750mg as an abortive, so far so good with GI side effects.

Thanks for replying,

The pain I felt is mild. Recently, I have noticed that it transfer to my left but sometimes appeared all over my head. Not all the time felt the pain, but I felt lightheaded and dizzy but still bearable. Usually the pain are likely come within seconds and disappear instantly. Sometimes I felt tight bond in my shoulder and neck. about the med I take, I tried a med for sinus w/c was given by my neuro and an anti-biotic but non of it was effective. For now I have not take any med since I want it to be naturally healed.

Can you describe more? What does mild mean? It is the severity of pain and I am asking you for the 'style' of pain i.e. throbbing, stabbing, pressing, stiffy feeling of the neck etc.

I don't know what sinus w/c is and what antibiotic did you take, for what indication?

For natural healing, all I can say is good luck.

I have my ct scan yesterday and all where normal. Tomorrow I have my inner ear check up. What I felt is a pressure type of pain all over my head, sometimes in eyes, neck, back and shoulders. Today I felt better and only a little pain and a little dizziness, hope this will be the end of this. I will update what my recovery after my inner ear will be checked. I have noticed after knowing the negative result of ct scan i felt better and the pain was become lesser. Also, having an 8-up hrs of sleep daily for a week helps a lot, eating more vegetables than carbo type of foods and drinking plenty of water (i drink water every hr 500 ml. as test) and having daily exercise made an improvement.

about natural healing, try to be positive because based on my experience, the more you think you have an illness the more you fell it. So try to be strong and don't ever give up... God Bless all!
