Are you on Birth Control? It is a side effect from birth control also. I have had Migraines since I was 6 yrs old and Birth Control makes it 100x's worse. Its a hormone inbalance. You can talk to you ob/gyn if you have one or ralk to your Mom about getting one. Sorry If I offend.
Have you been checked for Arnold Chiari Malformation? Its where your skull in the back the space is too small and it puts alot of pressure on your spine

Ashi, your headaches are exactly like mine...back of head and out the eye.

Someone suggested spine pressure to me also, but I've not checked that out.

I am a much older (OLD) person and have had this since I was young. Mostly it is stress and food triggers. Keep a journal and look at the usual suspects...chocolate, caffeine, red wine (oops too young), aged cheese, some deli meats, MSG, some preservatives...look them up.

When I was younger, they went with my cycles also, especially if I was stressed out.

I take a daily medication that helps. Talk to your doc.

What do you do when you get one? I go to a dark, quiet pace, put ice on the back of my neck, and take either a RX headache med or just over the counter migraine pill. If I can lie down like this for an hours, usually I can function again. Sometimes caffeine (like a coke) and/or sudafed helps also. If I have to "carry on" with my day or go to work, I have a really hard time.

Good luck,
