Can u guide what can be done in this stage of mine.I have done Scanning EEG & eye test but no problem was there. Is migraine aura long lasting for more than 4 months. What best can be done for this.

Have you seem a neurologist? If not you need to see your regular dr and explain your symptoms. Your dr may know some preventative medication for migraines that he prescribe. If that doesn't work ask for a referral to a neurologist.
As far as straining your eyes. I get that feeling, too. I lose all vision in one eye so instead of over stressing the eye I can see out of I lie in the dark with my eyes closed.

i suffer from migraine with aura and almost all the time (even when i don't have a migraine) i see weird spots, especially when i'm outside, or in a public area. i think it's because of anxiety & stress. is it possible that what you're seeing is related to anxiety?

i would definitely see a neurologist, they'll be able to tell you what's up. the aura that comes with migraine is neuro related and has nothing to do with your eyes. good luck xx
