She needs to see her dr. If her dr agrees that she is experiencing ( even if they don't agree) she should request a referral to a neurologist. The neurologist will perform several tests and if its doing to be migraines, will treat them accordingly.
All you can do is be supportive. Migraines are not something you can fix at home and definitely wouldn't mess with them if you're an amateur. At the very least you could take your friend to an er, but ers are horrible for long term care of any sort of condition so your friend really needs to get in with a family physician. Good luck.
