Hey,

I am a 27 year old female, and I have had typical headaches my whole life.  Well, 2 weeks ago I had a headache that seemed typical, and lasted for much of the day.  That same evening my forehead felt tingly and my head was pounding.  It went on for the next 2 days like that but without the tingly forhead, so I thought I just had a migraine (it would have been a first for me, but my grandmother has them so I thought maybe I was starting to get them).  After those first intitial days with the headache my headache changed.  It is now hurting on only one side of my head.  It starts in my eye and goes to my temple, then all the way to my neck.  It is only one sided, never on both sides just either the left or the right.  But it always hurts in my eye.  I have also been feeling dizzy with these headaches and fatigued.  Im getting really tired of feeling this way, but im not sure if anxiety may play a role in it too. Since I have started with the headaches I feel like I over think them and all I can think about is "do I have a problem" or "is something wrong with me"  I am going to the dr on monday, but I was just wondering if anyone else has had this type of headache problem?

Thanks so much!!!!

Ok a few questions - Firstly have you recently started any new medication ? If so maybe your body is reacting, headaches can be a common side effect to many drugs if not taken the correct way. Is it unbearable ? and intense throbbing ? I had a persistant horrible migrain for 3 wks ! My doc gave me migraine meds and ordered a CT scan for poss blood clotting. Nothing showed and then few wks later i realised was related to my new meds i was taking and on the directions i must wait 45 mins after taking pills to eat. I was just taking them with no food and this was causing my headache.

Hope its all sorted for you
