Hi there, so for a month I have been having relatively dull pain on mostly the right side of my head above and a little behind my ear. It does move around sometimes, to about the same spot on the left. I am pretty sure this is some kind of tension headache. I also have psoriasis on my scalp, but I've never had tenderness before like I do now. I'm on no medications except for a foam steroid for my psoriasis that I have used on and off for 5 years with no problems. My father has a history of migraines and says he used to get scalp tenderness as well...but this has never been what I would call "debilitating". I sometimes find my daily grind a little harder to deal with when it's "flaring" but I also have a wild 3 year old boy. Any advice? I did call my GP about two weeks ago and she asked me about flares in vision or dizziness issues, which I have not had, and she does not seem too worried. On a side note I also get vertigo spells in the middle of the night only when I'm sleeping on my back and have unexplainable (from ENT perspective) tinnitus.
