I am a cheerleader in high school and I go to a gym to get gymnastics practice in. A year ago I would notice I would get a bad headache and get dizzy after tumbling at practice. Over this past summer at Cheerleading camp I almost got knocked out while lifting a girl in the air. I got a mild concussion that day. Recently in the past month I have started back practicing a lot and when I turn my first flips I can't walk straight. As soon as I land I open my eyes and the room is spinning I feel like I could just pass out any second. Ever since I was little I have always had terrible ear infections and sinus infections, so bad that the infection in my ear sank my ear drum and I was not able to hear for 4-5 days. For about 3 weeks now I will wake up feeling great in the mornings but around 10 o'clock I get a massive headache above my eyebrows and the back of my neck at my hair line. If I stand up too fast I get really dizzy and my eyes do something weird that I can't explain. I can't focus on my school work because of that headache and about every few minutes I will get this sharp pain inside my ear down into my jaw. The headache will slow down around 6 at night and I usually get in the bed at 9 and fall asleep at 10 but my headache will kick in again and cause me to sleep a couple of minutes and wake up and I will do it all night. In the mornings I will wake up exhausted cause I couldn't sleep. Where I live the pollen is everywhere. One day it will be 70 degrees and the next it will be 30 degrees. Right now my throat is sore, I am stopped up, my ears are killing me, and my head is pounding. I have tried to tell my mom to get me an appointment with a doctor but we are both so busy that we forget. I am scared something might happen bad if I don't get to a doctor and get it check out. But I have have this same headache for almost 3 weeks.
