Hello! My name is Jakob and I'm 15 years old and I need some reassurance, big time. I've always had a history of headaches. Both of my parents have always had headaches. I've never had anything severe and I don't think I've ever really had a migraine in my life. But now I'm scared. Starting the fourth around 12 I got a weird sensation/ headache I've never felt before. It almost felt like brainfreeze. The sensation/ pain. It wasn't severe and was more of an annoyance. Today is the 8th. I've had a headache everyday since then. Everyday up until today has been that same brainfreeze like pain. It didn't really get worse as time went on and actually started to feel better. Today, not so much. Today I now have a regular headache primarily in the right side of my head. This one hurt a lot more but so far it hasn't became to severe or became stabbing pain. I took some thing for pain/ sinus blockage and as of now, it's starting to actually get better. But it's still kinda there... dull, but there. I'm scared. Out of my mind. I've never had a headache last longer than a day. I feel as if I might have a brain tumor. The odd thing? I have no other symptoms what so ever. No dizziness, weakness, change in vision, nothing tumor related other than a newish headache. But I'm still scared. Somebody whose had a headache this long or had that same sensation please provide some reassurance. I'm so scared.

I went through the same "Oh god i have a brain tumor" thing too, it ruined a year of my life.
The only way to know for sure is an MRI.
If you're are really that worried about it, then go to a neurologist.
Better safe than sorry.

you need to see a doc, a neurologist. theyll do a mri and check.
i have headaches everyday for 3 years and just found out its lyme disease.
try to stay calm and just get the tests done, no help worrying. good luck to you.

both of my parents have migraines as well. this is very rare according to my neurologist . most people only have one parent with the genetics disorder. so its double the trouble. i hate it for you. try to get your parents to find a great dr. and stay away from processed foods, eat natural. i wish someone had told me this years ago. never drink any diet drinks or Caffeine drink it will make it worse. make sure to look up trigger of migraines. cheese, chocolate, onions ect. try not to over use meds. not more then 4 days a week.i overused, and i'm paying the price now. migraines everyday and i can hardly work anymore. best of luck. i will pray for you.
