I need some suggestions. I had a stroke in February 2013, recently found out I have a 3 mm aneurysm, cerebral angio-graphm was last week and they will wait 6 months before they do something. I have had little relief from pain. I am on Topamax 50 mg 2 times daily, which makes me feel aweful and I have wicked insomnia. I pray for rainy or cloudy days as I cannot tolerate any form of light, even wear glasses in the house. Prior to February, life was wonderful and I am normally, typically, a happy person. God, this is aweful. My primary physican suggested Cymbalta as I have Fibromyalgia and Osteoarthritis (both since 2001), plus I believe this will help my mood.

Does anyone know if this will help me with my ocular-migraines? I have an appointment with third Neurologist - he is a Neuro-Opthomologist as past two Neuros are not addressing eye issues which include loss of vision and eye, brain pain, which is really horrible. Thanks for any suggestions.

Hi Sheriebaby,
I've been on Cymbalta & I had increased burning sensation.
Just so you're aware if you get this.

Hi Sheribaby,
How are you feeling?
Is the Cymbalta helping you?
Hope you are getting somewhere with the doctors to get relief.
Take care.
