Quick ? - have you eliminated all artificial sweeteners from your diet? The worst one is aspartame, found in diet drinks, light yogurt, 90% of gum and mints (labeled as phenylalanine), some candy, some cereal, you need to read each and every label from now on if you want these harmful chemicals out of your system. Aspartame goes by many names, the one I mentioned above but others, scan down a few topics to the topic I started - "eliminated aspartame and caffeine from my diet - headaches gone! - or something like that. I give more info on that topic, if interested google aspartame and you'll see the pages and pages of alarming links that come up, this "sweetener" is a toxin, it shouldn't be in our drinks and food.
