Most times its that strong i have to wear my glasses (im not perscribed to ear my glasses all the time just reading). I take painkillers that doesn't always help. I think your first step should be seeing a knowledgeable neurologist. The neurologist can start you on a medication to prevent the migraines. He also should be able to find the source of your sore neck.
Nail patella syndrome, osteoarthritis, complex migraines, eosinophilic esophagitis, major depressive disorder, OCD, and fibromyalgia, IBS

Meds: flovent 220 mcg, flexeril 10 mg prn, tramadol prn, buspirone prn, and vicodin prn.

my worst migraines are those that wake me.
What pain meds are you using and do they help?
