My migraines are back again, with a vengeance, I thought I found all the triggers but I guess I have more triggers now! I had to restart Topamax daily, as a preventive just a  couple days ago. I can't wait for it to kick in, as my migraines have been lasting a week at a time and only days apart.

I don't know what you take for your fibro but I found that cymbalta was causing me migraines. When I quit the fibro my migraines diminished greatly. You should ask your dr about this.
