Hi there, looking for advice and reassurance really,

I started classic migraines about 10 yrs ago, when going through the perimenopause, and then menopause, all the usual, feeling sick, aura, and headache, normally with painkillers I could carry on, the occasional one would see me lying in a darkened room, but as I say this was prob only twice a year, about 2 years these all tailed off and apart from 3-4 a year I was fine. Then I started to just get the visual migraines, about 1 every month, acccompanied by slight nausea, and usually no headache, just feeling a bit off, but how off would depend on what I was doing, if I was at home by myself, I would prob go to bed and worry, if I was busy with friends or family I carried on and forgot about it.Since Oct 1st I have had 11 visual migraines, again no headache, just the c shaped sparkly aura for about 20 mins, I am now starting to panic that there is something really wrong, as I cant seem to find a trigger.I do have a bad neck and shoulder, which is getting progressivly worse and stiffer. I am currently on Amytryptylline 20mg at night, and propranolol 10 mg at night, has anyone else experienced anything like this.
NB just had eyes tested and no problems, but I have noticed recently that I am clenching my jaw a lot.
