Hello,

I'm suffering already 13 years from headache that are there 24/7. I try to describe them the best i can.

1) It's all in my forehead, covering the area from above the eyes till beneath the nose, also a bit on my cheeck. It ends with my ears
2) The feelling is intense. Mostly i feel a lot of tingling burning sensation around my eyes and now and then huge pressure in my ears and eyes
3) Sometimes it feel likes some animals are crawling or some muscle in the head have some spasm
4) I get really dizzy when the headache is severe
5) I can't get it warm a lot of times. While before all those complaints i normally had it pretty warm. Like today my hands and feets are extremely cold and aren't getting warm at all.
6) When i go to bed and try to sleep (which is very difficult though) i notice that when i lie on one side of the head the pain is moving more towards the other side of the head that isn't lying on the pillow. When moving to the other side the pain is also more moving towards the other side
7) Sometimes when i lie on the pillow i can somehow feel the nerves shooting in my head behind my eyes/eyebrow. Like 'trrrrrrrrt.....trrrrrrt......trrrrrrt etc ;). It shoots a lot of times per second.
8) Because of all this i became very anxious
9) With walking i get dizzy a LOT. though i try do this every day.
10) I've taking somewhat all antidepressants and none of them is able to do it's job. The pain, anxiety and all the other feelings won't go away.
11) And often (also important) my head feels ice and icecold from the inside.
12) I have joint pain a lot. Especially in my neck, shoulders even when my physiotherapist says the muscles are nicely loose.

Does someone recognise this kind of pain? The specialist keep telling me it's tension headache, but i don't believe it. It doesn't feel band around my head. It's only in the forehead till my eyes not in the back of my had.

I have so severe pains i'm really getting crazy. Especially during night, the pain takes over my head and thinking it seems. Even during meditation the pain is killing me.

Hope someone nows what to do about this!

I don't drink diet drinks. I almost don't drink cola or whatsoever. The most i drink is water and herbal tea ;). I use yoghurt but only low fat yoghurt and i try to avoid all sweetners.

Aspartame is in low fat or light yogurt, specifically Yoplait - it's listed under another name, phenylalanine.

The reason I asked you these questions is aspartame and the dozen or so names it hides under, is in 6000+ food and drink items now (even medications and some vitamins).

Aspartame has been documented to induce 92 side effects. Migraines is #1.

If it's not in your system, then don't worry but if I were you, I'd read every single label. It's even hidden in ingredient lists that state natural flavorings.

Aspartame/artificial sweeteners are neurotoxins. To be avoided at all costs.

try taking Apple cider vinegar mixed with water. It takes time but it helps.
