Peroxide itself will not cause an infection like meningitis, so I wouldn't worry about that part. I've actually had H202 intravenous drips from an alternative Dr. before. It was very diluted, though. I know peroxide can burn the skin if it's too strong.
Hmm. If I were you, I might try soaking in a warm bath nightly with my head under water. Maybe more warm water will get in there and dilute whatever peroxide might be stuck in there? Or try putting garlic oil in you ear? Whenever I've had any ear ailments, garlic oil helped.
