It's great that excedrin helps you but it's not good to take it too regularly, especially in high doses. Your doctor is probably correct about the antidepressant, i was taking one for migraines for a while and it helped tremendously. I am not saying this is your best option though. I was able to treat mine with zomig for a while but that's not going to be an approach if you're having them on a very regular basis. If they are daily or every other day, a preventative would be be the best. You really need to work with a doctor to figure out what works for you. I haven't had luck with anything natural but I've heard of people trying magnesium for migraines with some success. Unfortunately it didn't work for me.
