Hello everyone,
I have been diagnosed with chronic migraines when I was younger. I went to neurologist and he gave me medication. I am now on Sumatripitan 100mg. They seem to help. But lately this week and for the past month I have had bad tension headaches in the front of my head. Just a pain that wont go away. It isn't really throbbing. I have had a full blood count in November and from what I have been told and read regarding that test that would of shown something wrong with me. I assume I am perfectly normal as far as health goes.

So my next question is what can be something that sets off a headache. I have taken advil and it hasn't gotten a ton better recently. I have caffeine sometimes and I also am taking a supplement known as CLA. So maybe that is causing them?

I would just like to know what are some of yalls headache triggers. I really haven't been doing anything different but taking the supplement so I assume its that.

Thanks for the help

What isn't a trigger? Too much sleep, not enough sleep, not wearing sunglasses outside, strong perfumes (and really any strong smell), red wine, ovulating, getting my period, skipping meals, not drinking enough water, aspartame (big trigger - no diet coke for me!), getting overheated, stress, and loud, high pitched noises.

Solid list of triggers, indeed. Dehydration is what gets me, pushing too hard in the gym, work stress, sun exposure. Advil and Excedrin help...but only sometimes and never offers complete pain relief. I've tried various prescription medications and each one offered one side effect or another. What helps, though, especially as a first line of defense, is a natural remedy called LipiGesic M. It's over the counter, but it provides relief almost immediately. The speed and efficiency of pain relief is due to an under the tongue delivery of liquid via a small pouch. The product was recommended to me by a dear friend who is an investigative reporter for a major network's news division (talk about pressure and stress). I thank her weekly for steering me toward
LipiGesic M, and since I have FINALLY found a product that does what is say it well do, without prescription side effects, I feel it is only right to share this find with others who share this burden.
