Hi Arron,
I have just joined and left one other message in the CFS section for left head pain but it`s not connected to this.
I had a whiplash injury many years ago and complained of similar pain to this. I also had scans etc and nothing showed, then about
5 years ago I had an MRI which shows an impinged nerve.
This type of pain is so difficult to live with and also difficult for us to describe. I can wake up with migraine which lasts for weeks or it will start with the tilt of the neck.
I would like to hear from others who suffer with one sided head pain. Perhaps we can look for common ground? What does and what doesn`t help?
Best Wishes
Fairy Ann

Hey Fairy Ann, I think that it is related to nerves in my neck since the neck exercises I did brought about
relief. This time I haven't found the answer, though it was brought on by a bent neck during sexual activity.

Hi there
I have headache from 7 months EVERYDAY. I go sleep with headache and I wake up with headache. Terrible feelings. Doc doesn't know why I have that that long. I have problem with my back as well. Is something with my nerves in my spine(C5 n C6). They didn't check it properly yet.
My headache is in forehead and temples. Sometimes is bottom of the back of my head(which I believe is muscle) .
Hope everybody doing well
M
