Interesting. Never having considered it before, I did a search and found at:
A brief article, (it's a PDF download) of a 72 year old woman with late onset migraine with aura. Although they say that such migraines usually present before age 40, apparently they can initially present later in life. They do say that if they present at such an age, care will need to be especially taken to rule-out other abnormalities, but in the case study they cite, all tests were negative for other factors. If one can initially present at 72, it's manifest that if one gets them earlier in life, that they should be capable or getting migraines even later in life.
