On Monday I got my second migraine ever after not having one in 16 years. It started with blurry dancing spots in outside of my vision which I figure was an aura. Then 20 min later I was in excruciating pain and vomited repeatedly. Yesterday I felt exhausted all day and hung over (no I didn't drink lol). The hung over feeling continued today followed by more blurry vision and another intense headache although not as unbearable a Monday and more nausea and I vomited once. I have also been sleeping excessively since mon and unable to work which is very unlike me. Is it normal to feel so sick for days after a migraine ? Has anyone else felt this sick for days after initial migraine ? Since this is only my second experience with this I'm not sure what's normal. Thanks for any advice !!

Yes, you can feel this ill during and after the effects of a migraine. Push the water if you can, hydration is important and can stave off the final effects of the migraine.

Do some research on foods that cause migraines, this should help you alot.

artificial sweetners are number one on the list, followed by red/yellow food dies, peanut butter, potato chips and a few other staple snack foods.

Try not to eat processed foods, and cook fresh as possible.
