I have had food triggered migraines for 25 years. 12 years ago my neurologist suggested I eliminate soy. It was not until I eliminated it from all products like prescription drugs, cosmetics, shampoos, hand lotions as well as all foods including those with corn that is genially modified with soybeans that I suddenly have no more migraines. I have been treated with every drug out there for 25 years! It. Took 12 years to figure out how many things soy was in. Wanted to pass this on.
